We have spent our careers on both sides: building frontier AI, and running regulated healthcare at scale. From both sides, we saw the same gap.
Healthcare AI is probabilistic and it changes continuously, including after certification and deployment. The rules and the reviewers were built for software that cannot surprise you.

Is creiamo.ai independent?
Yes. The method is public, every report is signed and dated, reviewers and notified bodies never pay us and we never pay them, and our price is fixed and never depends on a result.
Is creiamo.ai a notified body?
No. We do not certify devices. We produce the evidence a notified body or reviewer assesses.
How can AI monitor and control other AI systems?
We use a proprietary, multi-layered architecture designed specifically to govern continuous healthcare models. Rather than relying on a single AI system to police another, our IP combines compute-optimized evaluation layers with domain-specific guardrails. This creates independent oversight across model performance, drift, and edge cases, with human expertise embedded directly into the loop whenever critical thresholds are reached.
